  1. Do you offer refunds?

We do not typically offer refunds as each of our products is custom-made per order. However, if a product is faulty or you received the wrong product, we are more than happy to process a refund. 

Due to the nature of the digital products sold on our website, we generally do not offer refunds. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned in the same way a physical product can be. Therefore, we have a strict no-refund policy for all digital goods sold.

 

  1. What is your return policy?

As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns unless the product received is faulty or incorrect. In such a case, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

  1. Why did my items arrive in different packages at different times?

Our products come from a variety of vendors. Because of this, items within the same order may arrive in different packages and at different times. We appreciate your understanding.

 

  1. How long does it take for the products to be shipped?

Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination:

T-Shirts & Blankets

  • Worldwide: 1-4 weeks
  • USA: 6-10 days, 5-8 days if you purchased the Expedited Dispatch

Necklaces & Journals:

  • USA: 2-5 business days (Excluding Sundays)
  • USA Priority: 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays)
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • UK, most of EU: 3-7 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5-20 business days

Footwear: 

  • Worldwide: 2-4 weeks

Pillow Cases: 

  • Worldwide: 2-4 Weeks

Hoodies: 

  • USA: 6-10 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: 7-17 Business Days

  1. How are digital products delivered?

Digital products, such as ebooks, are sent instantly to your email upon purchase.

 

 

  1. Do you ship to PO Box or APO addresses?

We currently do not offer shipping to PO Box or APO addresses.

 

 

  1. What language should I use to contact your customer service?

Our customer service team operates in English. Please use English when reaching out to us to ensure we can provide you with the best possible service.

 

  1. Why do international orders take longer to ship?

International orders take a bit longer due to a few factors:

  • Origin of Products: All our products are manufactured and shipped from our factories based in the USA. The time taken to ship these products to international destinations tends to be longer compared to domestic shipments.
  • Security Checks: International shipments must go through customs and security checks once they reach the destination country. This process can sometimes add additional time to the delivery, and the duration of these checks can vary widely depending on the practices and policies of each country.

These factors combined mean that international shipments can take more time to reach the customer. Please be assured that we are always doing our best to ensure that your products reach you as quickly as possible.

 

  1. Can the delivery time for international shipments be expedited?

Currently, we provide standard shipping times for international orders, as described above. Unfortunately, we are not able to expedite international orders due to the factors mentioned. We appreciate your understanding.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order if it's taking too long?

As our products are custom-made to order, we can only cancel and refund orders that have not been processed or shipped. Once the order is processed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order unless it is faulty or incorrect.
